Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using Remember, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app or website.

Remember lets you capture links, notes, images, and reminders in one tap, hold them in an Inbox, and later decide to keep them, get reminded about them, or let them go. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You own what you capture in Remember. We only use it to operate and improve the service on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. Don’t use Remember to capture or share content that’s illegal, infringes on someone else’s rights, or violates these terms.

Please don’t:

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use Remember to store or distribute unlawful content.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without our permission.

Some features may be offered as paid upgrades through the App Store or Google Play. Purchases are billed and refunded according to the policies of the store you purchased through.

You can stop using Remember and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Remember is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

If we make material changes to these terms, we’ll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the most recent version.
